- 1. Is there a minimum charge for services?
- · Yes, there is a one-hour minimum charge.
- 2. What are your regular business hours?
- · Regular business hours are Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 3:30 pm.
- 3. Are services provided outside of regular business hours?
- · Yes, services outside regular business hours will be charged at overtime or premium rates, depending on the time of day.
- 4. What are the hours for premium time on Saturdays?
- · On Saturdays, the hours from 7 am to 5 pm are overtime rates. All hours before 7 am or after 5 pm are at premium rates.
- 5. How are Sundays and Holidays billed?
- · Sundays and Holidays are billed at premium hours.
- 6. Is travel time billable during regular business hours?
- · Yes, travel time is billable during regular business hours, except for the first call of the day.
- 7. How is travel time billed after regular business hours?
- · After regular business hours, travel time will be charged for our technician's time spent traveling from their location to your location and back at overtime or premium time, whichever applies.
- 8. How is billing calculated after the first hour?
- · After the first full hour, billing is in quarter-hour increments. Any time after the 15-minute mark will be rounded up to the next quarter-hour.
- 9. What happens if an appointment is not canceled or rescheduled in time?
- · Any appointments not canceled or rescheduled before our technician’s arrival at the service site will be charged the minimum one-hour rate.
- 10. Are there additional charges for specialty tools or equipment?
- · Yes, there are additional charges for specialty tools needed for the service and drain cleaning equipment.
- 11. Is there an additional fee for after-hours supply house needs?
- · Yes, an After-Hours Supplier/Vendor Opening fee of $300 is charged by the supply house for parts needed after hours, this fee would be passed directly on to you.
Need-to-Know Details about Billings and Payments
- A credit card will be obtained at the time of booking the appointment.
- Payment is due at the completion of the visit.
- Your credit card will be charged and an accounting for the cost for service rendered will be provided after service via email.
- If paying by check, it must be pre-arranged with office staff prior to appointment.
- Payments can be made by credit card or check.
- In the event multiple days are needed to perform work, payment will be collected each day unless otherwise agreed upon or noted.
All work is performed following the most current safety protocols for your safety and ours. We require notification before your scheduled appointment if there has been a recent exposure/outbreak of Covid 19 at the service location to take the proper course of action. If, upon our arrival, it is determined there are safety concerns; it will be our discretion as to whether services will be performed or if the appointment needs to be rescheduled.
